Great piece David. How do you track the earnings data? Is it in Bloomberg somewhere?

Track them every week. Data is pulled from factset.

Hi David . The today's financial note is examining bonds and earnings.

Regarding bonds and high-higher yields :

a. The issuance of bonds , from now and during 2024, will be large.

b. China, Japan and other countries don't buy UST as much as they used to do.

c. The US economy only now starts slowing. Others say that doesn't get slowing. I'm trusting your research, is slowing.

d. Pozsar Zoltan, wrote about adoption of YCC in USA, until the end of the year. Implying that the yields will be so high that will crash everything.

e. From 1971 whenever the real yields were a bit over 2,5% a recession occurs. That's bad for equities and Santa Claus Rally.

- All the above-mentioned and more , make me and many others, wondering and asking :

● Who is going to buy so many bonds ?

The answer is of vital importance for all types of investment.

Thank you in anticipation for your reply.

I'm trusting you. Two MES contacts are already in since Friday, with 4pt gains, waiting for midnight opening.
